1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Alarma Voz, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the clauses, please do not use the app.

3. Description of the Service

Alarma Voz is a utility app that lets you create alarms and timers with a custom spoken message, using the device's system voices. It includes free features and premium features by subscription. Voice synthesis and processing are performed on the device itself.

4. Requirements for use

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Have an iOS-compatible device.
• Use the app in accordance with the law and these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer different subscription tiers (Nivel 1, Nivel 2 and PRO) processed through Apple In-App Purchases.

• Payment: handled by Apple and charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. Alarma Voz does not store banking data.
• Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel the renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is made within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Management: you can cancel or change your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds: handled directly by Apple in accordance with its policies.
• Prices: may vary by territory and change in accordance with Apple's policies.

6. Proper use of the app

• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access internal systems or the source code.
• Do not copy, modify or distribute the app without authorization.
• Do not submit illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for verifying that your alarms work correctly on your device.

8. Intellectual Property

All of Alarma Voz's code, design and logos are the exclusive property of its developers. The titles and messages you create are yours. Reverse engineering and redistribution of the app's assets without prior consent are not permitted.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

The microphone and voice recognition are used solely to dictate the text of your messages; processing is done on the device and is not stored or sent to external servers.

10. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be published on this page indicating the update date.

11. Apple

These Terms are entered into between you and Alarma Voz, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law, without prejudice to the rights afforded to you as a consumer.
